Privacy policy

DentalPilot stores account details, private career notes, saved items, and files you choose to upload. These are used only to provide your workspace and are not sent to employers, schools, or programs.

Do not enter or upload protected health information, including patient names, dates of birth, photographs, record numbers, or clinical records.

When you are signed in and open an employer's application from DentalPilot, the time is saved to your My journey with a history of your application status changes. Only you can see this history; it is not shared with employers.

Application details you add (contact details, mailing address, license, NPI and DEA numbers, education and experience) are stored privately to fill your application kits. They are never sent to employers; you copy them into each employer's form yourself. Background, eligibility and attestation answers are not stored.

The DentalPilot browser extension works only when you click it. It stores the DentalPilot address and a revocable token in your browser, sends DentalPilot the address of the page you ask it to fill so the matching listing can be found, and receives your saved application details to fill that page. It does not send page contents, never submits forms, and does not fill self-identification, background, eligibility or signature questions. You can disconnect browsers under Profile → Application details.

Email reminders and new-opportunity emails are sent only when you turn them on in Profile. New-opportunity emails use your saved career path, preferred states and match settings; a log of sent reminders prevents repeats. Both can be turned off at any time.

Private files require your authenticated account and are served only as downloads. Administrators do not receive a web interface for opening user files.

You can export or delete your account data from your profile, including your application history, application details and email settings. Operational logs may retain limited security events without document contents.
